Jen & Chad

Jen & Chad were planning a one of a kind wedding that was completely unique to them - The way every wedding should be. COVID aside, these two made their wedding dreams come true by stickin to their guns and running towards their goals. To say I was thrilled to be included in their wedding plans would be an understatement. Organic, wild, rustic, fresh ad carefree are words I would use to describe Jen’s wedding vision. During our floral consult, she was telling e how much she loved the outdoors, food, fresh air - she told me about her awesome tattoos of fresh garden produce on her leg. I decided her tattoo had to be her bridal bouquet inspiration.

I went to my local grocery store and picked up the most beautiful red potatos, white onions, parsnips, garlic cloves, kale, beets, and brown mushrooms. We complimented all of the locally SK grown fresh produce with Toffee Roses, willow greenery, white bunny tails and dried lotus pods. Texture would be the most important element of Jen’s bridal bouquet β™₯ The florals and harvest elements would be tied with sage, organic linen and leather straps.

Don’t ask how heavy Jen’s bouquet was…. but her biceps in every picture looked flawless.
