90’s Oak Kitchen Remodel in Regina, SK
I love renovation projects! The reason why I love renovation projects is because we are taking something old and making it new - Maybe it’s a new-to-you home or a house you grew up in, but sometimes we outgrow our current space, but love so much about it that we have a hard time letting it go. I’ve been there. That was exactly the situation for these homeowners - They bought their home in 1990 when they first got married ♥ It was a show home, and they loved everything about it. They had a family, made memories and now the home wasn’t meeting their needs for hosting their, now large, family get together’s.
So we took their 90’s Golden Oak Beauty and transformed her into something new, with better traffic flow, more storage and a fancy new stain colour ;)

“We had been thinking and talking about renovating our kitchen for a few years and finally decided to go for it. We knew we needed help when it came to design and Payton was the perfect fit for us. Going into a store and trying to pick light fixtures, faucets, flooring, tile, cabinets, etc out of hundreds of choices was so overwhelming. Payton spent time with us to understand our style and then she combined beautiful designs with 3 or 4 choices for us to pick from. We had so much fun with her, and even when we hit those bumps along the way, as is the case with most renovations, she was there to help us quickly pick out new flooring when what we initially picked was unavailable when we needed it. Truly, the final product would not have been as beautiful as it is without her design advice. Including design services in our renovation budget was one of the best things we did. ”
