We saved this basement from being the eternal dumping ground and turned it into the perfect hosting space. In the new floor plan, we included a new full kitchen, theater space, full laundry, powder room with plenty of storage for the outdoor, in ground pool only a few steps away. Now this basement is always party ready - whether it’s a party for one, or a party for many!
