When I come over, we’ll do a walk around the exterior of your home and chat about the hopes and dreams for your home’s exterior. After we chat, we’ll roll out the trace paper and start designing based on the changes we discussed. I will also bring all of my exterior finish samples for us to look at and put together an exterior palette right then and there.

Afterwar, I will take all of our design sketches and ideas, material selections, existing exterior photos, and measurements, etc.,. and develop the Exterior Design Package for you. These exterior design packages includ: a full Source Guide of all our material selections, design elements, and finishes, 3D rendered images of what your new exterior will look like, and material swatches to see the palette together.

I have partnered with Lines + Designs by Lindsay to provide detailed and beautiful exterior renderings for your new home. We will also document any exterior house details are remaining, new to be built or to be removed, new window sizes, etc. This exterior design package becomes the “Instruction Book” on how to make your exterior design come to life as quick, cost effective and smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Each exterior design package comes with one revision should you desire to see different finishes, etc. After we have fine tuned your exterior design plan, the package is complete and ready for contractors and trades to provide detailed and accurate quotes for the work that needs to be done, how much material you need and what fixtures should be installed where.
